Shipping Policy

Processing Times

We ship orders as soon as possible, typically the next business day after your order is placed.
Orders placed on weekends or holidays will ship the following business day.

Shipping carrier

We exclusively ship using:
USPS Priority Mail

Priority Mail includes:

  • Fast delivery (usually 1–3 business days)

  • Tracking information

  • USPS handling and package care

  • Insurance coverage (up to the USPS standard)

Your tracking number will be emailed to you automatically once your order ships.

Shipping Rates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on:

  • USPS Priority Mail rates

  • Package weight and size

  • Destination
     

From time to time, we may offer free shipping or promotional discounts.

Domestic shipping

Domestic orders ship via USPS Priority Mail.
 

Typical delivery time:

  • 1–3 business days after shipment
     

All U.S. packages include tracking details, automatically provided when your order ships.

International shipping

We proudly ship worldwide.
 

International orders are sent via:

  • USPS First Class International (for lightweight parcels)

  • USPS Priority Mail International (for heavier items or when required)
     

International delivery times vary, depending on the destination country and local customs, but most packages arrive within:

  • 7–21 business days

     

Customs, Duties, and Taxes
 

International customers are responsible for:

  • Customs fees

  • VAT / GST

  • Import duties, if applicable
     

These are determined by your country’s customs office and are not included in Curiosity Thrift’s shipping charges.

Lost, Stolen, or Delayed Packages

Once a package has been handed to USPS, it becomes the responsibility of the carrier.
 

Curiosity Thrift is not responsible for:

  • Packages marked as “delivered” but not received

  • Stolen packages

  • Lost packages

  • Carrier delays (including customs delays)
     

However, we’re always happy to help you navigate a USPS claim if needed.

Damaged Items

If your item arrives damaged:
 

  1. Email curiositythrift@gmail.com within 48 hours
     

  2. Include clear photos of:

    • The damaged item

    • The packaging

    • The shipping label
       

  3. We’ll work with you toward a fair resolution (refund, partial refund, insurance claim, or store credit depending on the situation)
