We want you to love your items from Curiosity Thrift. If something isn’t quite right, we offer returns under the guidelines below.
30-day return window
We accept returns within 30 days of delivery.
To be eligible for a return:

The item must be returned in the same condition it was received

Items must not have any additional wear, damage, odors, or modifications

All original packaging and accessories (if applicable) should be included
Because many of our pieces are vintage or one-of-a-kind, maintaining the original condition is essential for resale.
Return shipping
Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the buyer.
We recommend using a trackable shipping service to ensure safe arrival.
We cannot refund items lost or damaged during return transit.

Refunds
Once your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you of the approval or denial of your refund.
Approved refunds will be issued back to your original payment method.
Please allow 3–5 business days for processing after we receive the returned item.
